Ideal for planned on-site and planned remote meetings like toolbox talks. This option allows you to create/update attendee lists and generate a link which you can send to all attendees. The link allows the "attendee" to sign the declaration with their phone.

Create Signing Sheet "On-The-Fly"

Ideal for on-the-day toolbox talks and impromtu meetings. With this option you create signing sheets "on-the-fly" adding only the attendees in the room to tghe signing list. Once you have completed the meeting you can send a link to each attendee, via email. Using the link the "attendee" can sign the declaration with their phone.
